Does Sandy work with Lost or Missing animals?

Does Sandy locate missing people?
No, Sandy does not locate missing people.
Does Sandy communicate with deceased animals?
YES! This is one of her specialties! Sandy does communicate with animals who have passed on. She loves to help people find completion and peace with the passing of animals. Sometimes there is guilt, confusion, or uncertainty about end of life care, decisions made, what has happened after leaving their body, what was their transition like, or not feeling their connection with their animals. This is a very sacred time after the loss of a loved one. Sandy has specialized skills, training and experience in working with the energetic cords between people and their animals. Most people find this of great service in moving through their loss with much greater ease and can come to shift how they are in relationship with their animals after their passing.
Does Sandy work with children?
Sandy works with women who are pregnant up to age 3 and adults.
Can Sandy predict my future?
Sandy does not offer predictions of the future. Instead, she prefers to empower you to create the life of your dreams. Working with your Akashic Records through consults helps people to make life choices that are empowering.
Does Sandy do consults with people outside of the U.S?
Yes. Zoom, What’s App and FaceTime can be used for sessions both in the U.S. and from anywhere in the world.
Does Sandy Use Skype?
No, Sandy No longer uses Skype. Sandy Primarily uses the Phone or FaceTime for all Consults in the USA. Zoom, What’s App and FaceTime can be used for sessions both in the U.S. and from anywhere in the world.
Will Sandy travel to my home for sessions for myself or my animals?
Currently all Consults are via Phone, FaceTime or Zoom or What’s App.
Does Sandy travel to farms to work with horses?
Most Consults are via Phone, FaceTime or Zoom or What’s App. If you’d like Sandy to travel to your farm, ranch or location with large animals, please email Sandy@OneHeartHealingCenter.com to inquire
Does Sandy take Urgent, or Emergency calls or offer Emergency Consults?
No, Sandy does not work with emergency situations. If you have a medical emergency, please contact your local medical doctor or vet, or visit your local medical emergency room for either people or animals.
How can I get an appointment with Sandy very quickly – what if I my situation is urgent?
Periodically appointments can be available the same week. Please email Sandy with your situation to see about availability. If there is a wait, you can ask to be placed on the wait list for cancellations.
Can Sandy work with me or my animals during surgery?
You can set up appointments both pre and post surgery. Due to the last minute changes that often happen with surgeries, and varying surgery lengths, Sandy is not typically available during surgeries anymore.
Pre and post healing work is highly effective to facilitate easing surgeries, decreasing recovery times. Please ask for surgery preparation or post surgery recovery work together.

Does Sandy offer in Person Events?
Current Events are posted under events – she offers Live online classes and in person events in California and other areas each year.
Does Sandy work with Cancer?
Sandy is not currently not taking new clients with Cancer.
Does Sandy work with aggressive dogs?
Sandy is willing to discuss the possibility of working together if a dog is air snapping, but she is no longer working with dogs who have previously bitten people or dogs and broken the skin.
If you are a referral from a vet or current client, and would like Sandy to consider your situation, please fill email Sandy with your referral information, your request, and the primary details of your situation.
You are welcome to learn from Sandy with her many classes and programs however.
My club or organization would like to know if Sandy can come to speak or teach, is she available?
Sandy is available for speaking engagements and teaching workshops, and giving classes in corporations. Please email Sandy and we will be happy to discuss what is possible.
What is Sandy’s Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments require 48 business hours notice, otherwise you are still responsible to pay for the missed appointment.
Do I have to use PayPal for payment?
Credit cards and PayPal are payment options. Once you click on “add to Cart” then, see where it says, “Don’t have a PayPal Account?” – Even if you do have a Paypal account, click on “Don’t have a PayPal Account?” this will allow you to use your credit card for payment.
Can I pay with Cash, or send a Check?
Please use payment links online provided at the time of scheduling to pay with a credit card or via Paypal.
Do I need a diagnosis from a Vet or medical doctor?
No. However, she does welcome having a Medical Diagnosis from your Doctor or Veterinarian. And, she welcomes working in a team along with Medical Doctors, Veterinarians, Therapists and Practitioners of other modalities.
Please Note that Sandy does not diagnose. She gives information based on what she perceives on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy levels, and which pertain to and directly affects the physical body
Does Sandy offer discounted or ‘probono’ sessions?
At this time, Sandy is not offering ‘probono’ sessions. However there are a number of ways to get assistance from Sandy. Sign up for the Complimentary One Heart Weekly Animal Wisdoms updates; check her upcoming events, watch her on YouTube.
I have not gotten the ‘Animal Wisdoms’ ezine/ newsletter or the Complementary ‘Animal Communication Kit’ after signing up, what should I do?

Can I record my call with Sandy?
Yes. Most smart phones and devices now have the ability to record audio. Check into this and be sure to let Sandy know that you are recording the call.
