how hopeless and never ending is the situation,
they sink further into thoughts and related feelings of “it is never-ending”
which only fuels more of the same.
After all, evidence of all they have been experiencing proves them right.
We’ve all been there….
It can take alot to lift up, and get unstuck out of those ruts.
One of the fastest ways to guide yourself
back up the emotional scale towards joy, peace, gratitude,
is to do something where you feel good.
Easier than it sounds.
The weight of fear,
doubt and feeling ‘not enough’ is heavy.
The thought patterns in the nervous system and brain pathways
are often well worn with tracks of deep, habitual, negative, fear-based ruts.
Many are unconscious, and just below the surface. They fuel our actions, and outcomes.
For instance, when I ask people to talk about what they want to create more of, their dreams,
and what has felt good,
most talk about what hasn’t been working and why.
It sounds so simple.
Talk about what feels good to you.
Talk about what do you want to feel more of…
…yet, most people are stuck in those old ruts…
…about what doesn’t work,
what they don’t like,
what doesn’t feel good.
