Here’s 4 Empowering, Mindfulness Tips for Steadying Yourself, and increasing your Courage in everyday life- No Matter What is happening around you, or inside of yourself.
It is not that you won’t react to things happening in life, but how you bring yourself back from your reaction and deal with what is arising inside and outside of yourself. Not always easy, but ever so important to keep retraining yourself with this Mindfulness Practice.
Recently, I’ve been talking with many women who have been having quite a challenging time. Women are finding many fluctuations in their emotions, events, and in relationships.
So I wanted to give reminders about creating a daily mindfulness practice helps to create more courageous days and to feel more empowered.
These tips are a mindfulness practice because they can help you regroup, regather, ground, steady yourself, and create more courage and confidence.
Whatever you focus on, amplifies. You are your greatest untapped resource!
If you continue to focus on your fears, and what you do not want, then, this is what you energize and fuel. Retrain your brain and heart with mindfulness. Keep reining your focus back to what you truly desire, rather then what you fear.
- Focus on remaining steady. Find yourself going up and down, or reacting, or not staying as steady as you’d like? Keep reminding yourself to Focus on Staying Steady.
- Find, and deepen your spiritual connection – there are many ways to do this, from prayer, meditation, journaling, creative endeavors, doing things you love, being around others with a spiritual focus.
- Ask for Guidance – there is so much power in and of itself in ASKING for help. Your guides are around all the time and ready to assist you. Ask for help in creating what you truly desire. Do not give up if ‘your desire’ does not show up immediately.
Continue asking for guidance on the action to take in order to create what you desire. It is up to you what you end up creating. Asking for guidance is not about giving over your power to another.
- Have Faith & Trust in yourself, your heart, your guidance. Even when you cannot see things working directly. Trust the intention of your positive focus is happening, even when you can’t see it outwardly – yet.
Be patient. Be Courageous in your actions. Be Courageous in your belief in YourSelf. Practice these steps daily and create, or deepen your Mindfulness Practice. You always have a choice where to bring your focus.

It’s good to know that I could trust the intention of my positive focus. My husband and I have been struggling together, so I’ve been hoping that I can get some spiritual healing. I’ll have to see if any of my friends or family members have done it before.
