We’ve Really landed in California!

“We made it!  We actually live here now.  We live in California.  We live in San Luis Obispo.”

I keep saying that over and over to myself, daily!

San Luis Obispo or SLO….. the “Happiest Place to Live.”

I am in a state of wonder, amazement, deep appreciation.  We are all making adjustments.

There have been so many experiences of ease and grace throughout this trip, with our arrival, and within our first week in California.  

Initially I was utterly exhausted from the many weeks, months of intensive preparation, packing, selling things, giving things away, and all the gazillion details of preparation and planning to move cross country with 2 horses, a cat, myself, our things, and a business!

 

The Ocean Meditations

I’ve been meditating at my new home, and then again at the ocean.  Once I started going to the ocean, and began meditations there, I began to feel energized, more acclimated, more connected with myself, and the animals again, gaining new insights…. and began feeling awesome!

I’ve been getting so much guidance, and receiving visions about, in, and through these meditations…

Step 1 – 
…to continue to use the Golden Light Path, Rainbow light, bringing all this through my heart, deep into my cells, and to connect directly with the whales!

 

The Big Why – Answering The Big Call

When asked WHY I was moving across the country, to California, the land of drought and earthquakes and fires, I just kept saying, and feeling, I feel deeply called to go.  There were outside reasons of course – but the main reason, I felt deeply and increasingly called to go.

Some people didn’t understand at all, and others, nodded yes, and were amazed.

 

The Trip to Get Here…

Cassia was a Traveling Cat Angel.  

So many people have asked skeptically about how she, as a cat, traveled… 
…expecting to hear about a yowling, scared, frothing at the mouth cat for the 6 days of our travel.

She was well prepared through many animal communication conversations. She had agreed to make this move, she knew what to expect in the car, the motels, and the length of the trip.

I had gotten her a medium dog sized crate, large enough for her bed, a hidey place if she wanted, and a well padded, comfy area to stretch out and walk around if desired.

We had done a few short trips around home, practiced her staying in the crate when I got out for gas or a bathroom break.

The first day driving (7 hours), she moved around a little bit from one place to another, finding her most comfy places and settled in to sleep most of the time.  She was somewhat curious about where we were, or stopped, but mostly she curled up in her bed and slept.

In the hotel the first night, I placed her crate on top of the bed while I unpacked, giving her time to adjust to the new room.

For about a half hour, I let her check out the sites and the sounds from the safety of her crate.

Then, I unzipped the crate, she stretched, and somewhat shyly stepped out.  She slowly began to investigate every nook and corner of the room. She only ate a small amount of dinner, showing her higher then normal stress level.

By morning, she was hungry and ate her breakfast, indicating she was settling in. (Stressed animals tend not to eat, or eat less)

 

Cassia Cat Rides Peacefully in the Car – for 6 days!

By day two of our car ride, she was a pro, she nestled into her bed in the crate, and slept the entire day for another 7 hour driving day!

By the third morning, as I was preparing to get ready, she hopped into her crate on her own, and waited for me to be ready to get going!

 

The Horses…

The horses had a 7 day trip, with a 3 day layover in the middle… they arrived safe and sound and are adjusting well, though there are many adjustments!

OK, that’s all for now.  I will follow up soon with more about how the horses are doing, the grace of their travels, the timing of their arrival that worked out…

OMGosh, wait till you hear about the amazing things happening through the whales who are the ancient keepers of wisdom…. and the dolphins – those Joyful Communicators, who bring me to such a Kid-like, Gleeful place, and who are assisting this path as well!
