Susan is another amazing woman from my coaching program who has taken animal communication – out of the box (if there was a box for it!) and is being inspired by animals coming to her…with a new twist –
When she began the program, she was intuitively knowing she wanted to take the course, but wasn’t exactly sure why….
And gradually new aspects of her creativity with her art has been emerging for her…
She is weaving in communication – a ‘communing’ with animals – with her beautiful creativity as an artist. Exquisite, tender, powerful images.
Here’s what she has to say about her experiences….
(I hope you find these messages relevant for you too… I think it is very good medicine for all of us!)
“My most memorable experiences from Living Your Best Life Animal Communication class were the animal journeys during the weekend retreat.
Over the course of the weekend, I was able to relax, drop some of my pre-conceived notions, and let my “thinking mind” recede, which then allowed my other senses to emerge and engage more fully.
As we journeyed with various species, I was surprised by how different my experience was with each animal and the message that they conveyed to me.
With the cat, I received the message to pay attention to the nuances of things, to appreciate the richness of things without getting bogged down by the details. I was encouraged to let go of my fear, to stay with the process of things, to sit back and soak it all in. I came away with a sense of stability, warmth, agility and balance.
My journey with dogs brought a fluffy black and white husky whose purpose was to interact and share joy, always staying in “beginner’s mind”.
His message to me was to take in the pleasure, the joy of things,to let myself get tickled by those things that surprised me, to laugh, laugh, laugh.
He encouraged me not to tire of things, but instead, to take delight in even the smallest and most familiar of things, to interact with joy, kindness and love. My sense of touch felt heightened, and both he and I were full of heart hugs.
The horses encouraged me to allow myself to learn a different language, to break out of my mold, my comfortable perspective. They showed me that they are all seers, they see and pick up everything, and requested that I pay attention, not take them for granted, for they have much to offer.
They reminded me to listen, to reserve judgement. Overall, the journey was a humbling experience.
The dolphin was ecstatic, with so much energy, pulsating, vibrating, humming. There was a sense of collective oneness, openness, of feeling connected.
Bouncing, splashing, rhythmic breathing, reminder of the breath-breathe in,breathe out- and feel the collective bond. Lots of visuals, sounds and smells.
The class, and especially the journeys, gave me access and were very moving experiences.
I came away with the message to trust myself more, to sit with myself, to let myself be, wherever I am.
To allow in, and ride through the feelings of grief and loss which have overwhelmed me over the past few years. To recognize that I live with, and carry a lot of fear, and to encourage and allow myself to release it, to let it go.
I also came away with the message that this is the time for me to tap more fully into my creative self. I feel inspired and very motivated to re-commit to making art more often.
The art making process has become a beautiful vehicle for communicating with animals. How cool is that
Thank you Sandy for this class, for sharing your world, for providing all of these doorways an!d opportunities.”
